Hi guys 'n' gals,

As part of a course I'm doing at the moment I need to look at how the public (ie you lot) understand a a particular aspect of science. So I've chosen to look at the understanding of drugs, both legal & illegal ones. I've created a (hopefully simply) survey & I'd be very grateful if you could complete it:

Hmm.... It's been working 'cos some people I've completed the survey.... Could it be a browser problem? Cookies or such like ?

Just tried it in IE as well as Firefox, and neither work. You will just have to make do without my significant insights into the world of SCIENCE.

In FF you get this:

A quick scan of the survey monkey help files suggests having cookies or javascript disabled could be the problem. Does that ring true?

Done it with a health warning: my answers were nearly all as a result of guesswork.

Guesswork is fine. I'm interested in what people think, so researching the "correct" answers would make the thing pretty pointless!

what's Dilberthing Dilaftin?

A misspelling of Dilantin which is apparently a trade name for the anticonvulsant phenytoin.

I also had to look this up 

I think approved drug names should be used in this kind of survey. UK (rather than US) trade names may help.

I suspect it is in fact a correctly spelt fictional drug from a certain science fiction series, included in the survey intentionally as a measure of how blindly people form their opinions of drug risks.
