Bone spurs
« on: 26 December, 2014, 03:40:31 pm »
In addition to other things going wrong turns out that both my knees have bone spurs.  The RH is worse than the front as I can push down on it and get some pain.

Is physio the right treatment as I can't see how it can help if the spurs are pushing out the nerves?
