This one's a long way from Florida man: An off-duty cop in Poland, setting out for a bike ride with his girlfriend, spotted a driver drinking beer while driving. The man was driving very slowly and having difficulty remaining within his lane. Cycling policeman managed to follow him home and arrest him. It was found not only was he way over the drink drive limit, he'd already lost his licence (it doesn't say what for). He faces a possible two years in jail.
