Bikely route onto Garmin 705

I know it will have been asked before but.....

How do I load a bikely .gpx file onto my spangly new Garmin 705 that needs a .tcx file?

I'm sure it is easy but can't find it in th manual.

Load the route you want in Bikely. Select share and download the .gpx file and remember where you saved it. Plug in the 705, most systems will open the two file systems on the device. Look for the folder called, imaginatively, GPX. (there are two called GPX if you have the memory card installed either will do in that case) Copy and paste, or drag and drop, the .gpx file, the one you have just saved, to that folder.
When you want to ride the route start the 705, press menu, select where to, saved rides, and find your route. Select the route and then navigate. It'll take time to load and may look like it's frozen at 100% for most of it. It'll beep a couple of times and then you can ride the route.
