Ordered some stuff from IKEA UK for delivery to a friend's place in the UK.
Realising it wouldn't be delivered when anyone was home, I redirected to a pickup point.
Except DPD never delivered, the tracking just updated such that it didn't recognise the postcode...
IKEA did refund it immediately...
Another country, another week.
Order package being delivered by postnl, see tracking, come home to work from home so I'm here when it is delivered. Hit refresh on the tracking a lot. And then it just says they missed me, and are taking it to a parcel shop... Grrrr. They didn't even ring the doorbell.
So pissed off I filed a compliant. Not about the delivery person, but about management policy making the drivers not being able to give enough time to do things properly.
Grrrr.
