Problems recording ITV4 TdF highlights on BT (Yourview) box

Hello all

For some reason this year my yourview BT box isn't recording the TdF highlights unless I'm actually watching it at the time. It's in the schedule for things to be recorded, it's not clashing with any other recordings and I'm not watching other channels while it's on.

I've cancelled the recordings and reinstated them, but no joy. The recording only seems to start when I turn on the tv and switch to ITV4.

This is happening with the 7pm on the day episode and the repeat at 1pm the following day episode.

Any suggestions better than defenestration?

Would appear to be YouView related. My Manhattan has had no issues, and from what others have said Humax (usual flakiness aside) seem ok.   Of course you could just put up with the adverts and watch it on ITVX catch-up.

Thanks. It wasn’t that, but it motivated me to have a rummage around which ended up in a switch-it-off-and-back-on-again (for 30 seconds) approach, which seems to have worked!
