seat post with 4cm layback

Looking for a 27.2mm seat post with 4cm or more layback/offset.

Trying to make a short wheelbase 56cm feel like a 58cm tourer.

Offers and suggestions welcome  :)

worth paying attention to the saddle too; rails differ in length and where your bum ends up on the saddle may vary too.
