Less than I expected but then he is aiming to get a cooked breakfast down the road. I wasn't up for cooking at 04:00. This morning he preferred granola to those biscuit things. Another bucketload of tea though.

Nice curving track avoiding Slough. Is he heading for Malmsbury again?

HK is guiding him this morning, so local-ish knowledge targeting faster roads and avoiding traffic lights and hills. He is aiming as far west as he can get before the winds pick up too much. With luck, he'll be blown back home with a decent mileage for today.

Let's hope he's not heading for the Kennet & Avon towpath.

Is that one of those places that refund your money or give you a prize for this achievement?

Sounds like it could be the modern version of Macs Cafe. If you don't understand this ask any 60+ rider who used to race on the Bath Road (and do a dead turn on the A4 at the far end of the course).

"THE UNFINISHABLE BREAKFAST
Feast on this beast of a breakfast. Served on a giant base of potato and
onion hash, we've piled four juicy British pork sausages, four rashers of
crispy grilled back-bacon, three fried free-range eggs, grilled tomatoes,
flat mushrooms and Heinz baked beans.
Comes with unlimited tea or coffee and toast!!"

It seems my computer is as pedantic as I am.
Googling for 'sizzler' got me to Leftpondia or some other unlikely locations.
I believe these are Sizzling Pubs...

Good to see they offer unlimited TEA!

I presume you finish when you leave the table and venue.

How can he say he's finished if they offer unlimited toast?

Presumably that's the new meaning of 'unlimited', as redefined by the telecoms industry to mean "quite a lot".

The telecoms industry idea of 'unlimited' is quite limited, thobut.

Hopefully, nobody had yet throttled Steve's meals.

I would hope so ;D every time I go the other way on that road, it's painfully slow & usually into a strong headwind
