It's clearly meant to direct you to that nice line of bike racks following the curve of the pavement. Just ride straight into one of the slots and be catapulted gracefully over the fence and into the car park...

As I said elsewhere, no prob. if you're following sainsbucky's 'healthy eating' guidelines (the ones they keep plugging on TV).  Just wait till you're slim enough and push through the railings....
