Yes, see you there, myself and Deano will head up from here at about 18:00, so should be there for just before 19:00 (it's only 10 miles from here but nice and steady)

I enjoyed that! It was a little chilly heading home, and going on a silly bike adventure the day I have had my flu jab may not have been the best idea ever, but it was still fun. Anyone for next week?

I've just done Dean's Brevet Populaire. I might just about have recovered by next week.

Given I'm lost Up North away from MEMWNS, would you mind a tourist joining you?

Excuse the daft questions part 2, is it a food & beer or just beer thing?

What day works best, this week? As I mentioned, I am free all week.

Yes, it is, usually, food and beer (mainly due to some people having to work and not having time to eat before meeting up).

FWIW, if you haven't seen my news, these will be becoming more regular as I have just accepted a permie job, starting in January, in Durham.

Any preferences of location other than the Bay Horse, Hutton Rudby? I'm guessing Yarm is the nearest rail station.

Sounds good to me, it's a nice 15 miles from here, on mainly quiet roads.

Lets stick a pole in the ground and say that is the destination.  I am guessing you guys will ride down from your neck of the woods? I'll ride up from Northallerton, if anyone wishes to join me, give me a shout and I'll make sure I don't leave without you!

My half a plan is a little loop out to Kirklevington via Seamer and then back through Picton / Crathorne - if the weather is pants I'll just ride the 13 km or so direct via Seamer

I suspect fboab will ride straight from work - so she'll be coming from Billingham direction. I'll risk almost certain death a fast blat along the A173 to Ayton, and then hit the lanes through Seamer. Might catch you on the road somewhere. Last one up Hutton Bank buys a round. No... wait... dammit.
