I love ballet, and I loathe opera, and I think gilets (or bodywarmers, as we called them in the 80s) are stupid. They're nearly as stupid as sleeveless polo-neck jumpers.

I do find opéras difficult, which is why we subscribed to the ballet and not the general season ticket which includes opéra. Mind you have you see the price of opera tickets?

Off topic, but hey, Gilets are good if they tone with your outfit and are tight enough to appear as one with the rest of your gear.
