Your Chaved Up Bikes

I could have put this in Members' bikes, but it's been on there recently and could get a bit tedious, especially for those averse to this whole World Cup business.

So, here's my effort for England: Flag purchased from a Co-op in Braintree, cable tied to the rack of my Raleigh (made in England). ;)

Now let's see yours...

I never did get a photo of my Surly avec England flag in 2006, but at least I found it rather than bought it, you charver!
Those wonderful norks are never far from my thoughts, oh yeah!

This flag contains LED's* - it's a cut above. :P

Shouldn't that flag have "ENGLAND" printed on it?

Shouldn't that flag have "ENGLAND" printed on it?

or have some scabby dark stain that approximates a badly drawn dragon? ;D

nice one - it needs to find it's way to an Essex pub ride before England get knocked out!
You are in a maze of twisty flat droves, all alike.

I started out on Sunday with one (picked up last World Cup), then rapidly found two more lurking in the hedges:

...by the end of the day I had eight.
It takes blood and guts to be this cool but I'm still just a cliché.

I'm almost embarrassed now. I think we have a winner already. ;D

[edit] I dare you to do the Dumb Run with those flags on your bike!

I was sorely tempted to pick one up from the verge yesterday. Not only did it have ENGLAND printed across the middle, it also had NEWS OF THE WORLD in the bottom-right corner.

Chavtastic or wot?

The Dumb Run is this weekend. It's like the Dun Run, but different... ;)

I don't think the similar sounding title is accidental. We had stuff pelted at us last year just for being on bikes, a few St. George crosses would almost certainly result in harm.

 Has a slight military feel to this one - the stencilled wording I think.

I didn't choose the flag, I just found it in Richmond Park. I would prefer a plain cross of St George to cover up any erectile dysfunction that I may or may not suffer from.
