OK, the Giro d'Italia was on and the Tour of Bavaria isn't that well known, but I would have thought that Thomas' overall win together with Sky's general performance throughout the race would have merited at the very least a passing mention on the Beeb's sports coverage.   Disappointing.

Well done Gerry!

( But let's keep this in perspective. Even the Tour of California outranked it. I would like to see this ride ranked amidst every other bike race in the world this year, before jumping to the conclusion that the Beeb have been negligent. )

Good stuff he rode well in the classics too & should be on eurosport riding the dauphine  :)
