Hmmm, perhaps a old-fashioned rope is easier than a wire styleee...MOAR practice needed ;D

Skipping is dull, but it burns fuel, and since my surgery last year the consultant was pretty unequivocal about a) lose the weight and b) maintain bone density, so she suggested I do more weight-bearing/impact exercise.  I'm shit at running so skipping it is.

I can max my heart rate with ease, and 30 minutes of intervals reduces me to a puddle.  Seems to work, just got to keep turning the rope. I wore the first one out between January and last week.
