Does anyone know of any archives of very old result sheets, specifically of 24 hour races in the late 1940s? My club were looking at our records, and there's a 24-hour one where the only certain things seem to be the distance and rider. Records of which was the event, and even the precise year, thought to be 1948, have been lost.
I've found the 24-Hour Fellowship site, whose records are impressive, but, I think, only cover certain riders.

There's some info here - https://www.ttlegends.org/
I know the site owner collects result sheets. There might be links to other useful places.

Possibly the Veteran Cycle Club library may have some useful records?

In the National Cycle Archive at Warwick, perhaps?

I don’t suppose it will have a record one my first and only time I broke the hour for 25 miles one Sunday morning in about 1977 or 78 on the A2 (now the M2)? 🙄
