Title: Name That Bike In One

I saw a fixed in Aberdeen last week (unusual in itself) but I'd never seen the frame manufacturer's name before. I can't remember the name but on the frame it started with the Cyrrilic letter Д - the rest of the name was in Roman letters.

Anyone recognise this?
