I'm doing mine commencing 22nd June.

It'll be costing a lot less than £995 as well.

You may like to browse our Journal at   www.beewee.org.uk  (we did it the easy way, downhill from JOG)

4 days. I'm riding it as a 1400.

I've done LeJog but took 15 days over it as it was our holiday.

I never thought about doing this as a perm - until now.

This would be quite a ride though and I reckon it would be tougher than PBP.

Probably not for me this year though.

The OP is talking about this ride in the Audax calendar:

http://www.aukweb.net/cal/calsolo.php?Ride=08-153

Note that it's a BP (and a 10kph minimum av speed), so it's either a series of sub-200km rides, or it's one big long ride that won't earn you any points.

IIRC the 995 UKP entry fee includes transfers to/from the start/finish and accommodation along the way. Possibly even food.

Even at 10kph, you'd have to cover 240km a day minimum though.
