Title: ive got a blackberry, softpull?

I've got myself a blackberry and looking through the apps there's softpull(I think its called) which I think I heard is a good app to stop your phone freezing.
Has anyone used it and is it worth putting on?

I've had a succession of blackberrys for > 5 years and never had one freeze.

Probably wont bother then. Main thing im having to keep an eye on is making sure nothing is running in the background i dont want when i click off things. All technical these phones.
