Title: Is Audax entry Vatable?

I've just entered an Audax next year.   Fee including Paypal extra bit £5.50.   Paypal has added 96p vat.  Is this correct?   Dont think I've had this before

It's the way the organiser has set up his paypal account. It would be helpful to let him know asap.
