Title: Greenwich foot tunnel art

I was approached at the south lift, by (I assume) the artist the other morning.
I would've thought there'll be a few on here that are in a position to contribute....

Ordinarily I'd probably not pay too much attention to this sort of stuff.
I guess what caught my eye was that the artist is a student of the same college at which I did my degree.
