Title: ABAudax June & July 2020 Rides Audax Rides - CANCELLED
Post by: AJB on March 29, 2020, 08:44:14 pm
With today’s announcement that it could be six months before things return back to normal, coupled with the fact I’m on a self-imposed 12 week self-isolation, I have reluctantly decided to cancel the 2020 running of the following events:

For those who have already entered one or more of these rides the options are:

All entrants have been emailed, but if I've missed anyone, please get in touch with me.

Currently I still intend to run the Petworth End of SummerTime rides planned for October 25th 2020, but this is subject to things being back to normal.

Thanks for all you do, Anton. Maybe in this lockdown I'll find the time to work out an ECE route to the start!

Martin you no longer have any excuse that you have no time to plan your ECE.

On a separate note the Cocking Village Hall booking and payment successfully moved to the 2021 date. So Sussex Midsummer Corker will be happening.

Just waiting to hear back from Rogate Village Hall for the Hailsham Venta ride in 2021

Rogate village hall booking and payment now transferred to 2021 so the Hailsham rides sorted

By now all riders who have entered the rides, noted below, have been refunded or I've noted they will be transferred to the 2021 editions of their entered rides.

For those who advised me to donate their entry fees money sent to Trussell Trust.

Thanks for everyones understandings.
