Very good Mr Wow   No I haven't, not unless I go to the shop.

Today in Suffolk, we have snow.  After the floods came the snow.  After the snow came ...... jelly babies.  After the jelly babies came silliness.

I am so relieved that I could cry.  Not only safe and sound but being suggestive in ways that I don't understand, but that involve sweets.

Thank you thank you thank you.

Snowing like mad here and has been since lunchtime. An inch all ready.
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that.

According to the BBC, it's heavy SNO here too.

It has turned a bit cloudy, which is pretty much the same thing, I suppose.

I found Jelly People in one of the little drawers.  They remain unopened.  Once the clock strikes 19.00 hours that will all change.  The sugar rush will provoke much fun and frivolity.  I plan to take my time in consuming the little devils and ensuring that they all get to tickle my tonsills. ;) :-*

Thick snow fell this morning where I am. No one batted an eyelid. Life goes on as usual. Just poxy UK-destination flights are delayed.

That's clearly to make the UK passengers feel at home.

It's just started snowing in South Ken, but doesn't seem to be settling, which is just as well since I forgot my overshoes this morning (I only noticed that my feet were cold about halfway in!)
Actually, it is rocket science.

Wossgoinon?

It's snowing like the clappers, settling loads and I didn't think any of this was forecast. I've just had a very exciting and slightly slippery ride back from tai chi.

I saw a forecast for a little light sleet... 2 - 3" of crisp snow in Ely since 4pm, still just about coming down, but the sky has that orangey 'full of snow' look to it. Reckon schools will be shut tomorrow.

Who said it could snow in Suffolk?  I have plans for tomorrow.  I am not amused.

It started snowing mid-morning here in NE England.  I think it caught everyone on the hop, but it laid and kept snowing and didn't let up until about 5 pm, in time for it all to turn to 'orrible slush while I was riding home.  I was lucky the local youths were crap at aiming snowballs.

Rather pathetic snow last night by ours.

Don't think it put anyone off coming round for our little gathering.

Amazing amounts of snow here on the Wolds. We got 6 inches in 6 hours and it was the big fluffy stuff and all laid. Haven't had that much snow in such a short time for years. The snow ploughs couldn't keep up with it. They just got the kids home from school before the country roads were impassable for buses. Hasn't snowed at all in the night though and it looks like it's all going to melt today. That was a proper old fashioned snow fall not the usually 1 inch one day then another 1 inch the next like we have been having recently. If it had kept going all night we would have been snowed in good and proper today but teh snow plough came through at about 10:00pm last night and the roads are fine if a bit slippery now.
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that.
