Eating mouldy chedar cheese

Well I usually like blue cheese so decided to eat some mouldy chedar that I have and see happens.

So what do you think will happen to me after eating some mouldy cheese?

PS it tasted really nice.

That assumes that the mould that happens to be growing on any particular piece of mouldy cheddar are relatively benign.  However, many moulds produce powerful toxins and you wouldn't lnow (unless you were a mycologist of course) which were which.  9 times out of 1q0 you'd probably be OK, but personally I tend to avoid stuff that's not mouldy by design!
