Garmin City Navigator Map Transfer?

I am thinking of upgrading from my current Garmin Etrex Vista HCX to something different.

I have the Garmin City Navigator Europe mapset, which is currently paired with the Etrex, is there anyway that I can keep the mapset and Re-register it with the new device? Or do I just sell it on with the Handset?
