Headset Size and Replacement?

The headset on my Van Nicholas Yukon is feeling very notchy, the info on mine is..Cane Creek HSS20130 with a letter on the end which I can't make out, also got on it 1-1/8 36x45. Looking for a replacement I found this on CRC
https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/cane-creek-cartridge-bearings-s2-s3-zs2-is2/rp-prod11266
would this do the job?

The serial# on the picture matches. If the bearing in your head set is 41mm outside diameter, one chamfer is 36

and the other is 45
o
, I think you've cracked it.
