Very interesting, a quick search reveals that 'mobile clubbing' was first organised at Liverpol Street in 2005. londondance.com : Mobile clubbing the 'mobile clubbing' website is unavailable. I would imagine that the clearances from the spontaneous participants would be the most difficult bit. Or is there a loophole for so public a space, are Telecom merely recording a semi spontaneous event?

"It gets into all the nooks and crannies."
It takes blood and guts to be this cool but I'm still just a cliché.

Heather remembers a 'Flashmob' Handel's Messiah in the mid 80s at Paddington, she thinks. She went to several.

The first Dance Flashmob at Liverpool Street was in June 2005 londondance.com : Mobile clubbing , when London was pitching itself as a cool and happening venue for the Olympics, a month later sudden movement on station concourses became suddenly unfashionable, it's nice to see a return to a vibrancy that had faded. keep cheering yourselves up Londoners.
