Green Heart of England, 200km. 4th July

Has anyone ridden this event before? Know much about the route?

I rode it last year and really enjoyed it, partly as the weather was fine apart from one heavy shower and because it went through the varied countryside around B'ham. There were a few slightly busy stretches of road but mostly fairly quiet lanes if my memory serves me right. I remember the cafe in Kinver doing the most delicious coffee and walnut cake. The food at the little Chef in Rugeley wasn't quite so memorable. There were no serious hills but having said that it isn't flat. I would have said there was a lot less climbing than in the Cotswold expedition 200k ride, there was just one short sharp 1:6 near the end.
There are no steep hills - just puny legs and the wrong gears :D
