Shimano LX660 rear hub dimensions

Our man (Woolly) in the southern hemisphere is in need of some more spare spokes. I know the rim dimensions, but I can't find the hub details to feed into spocalc.

Is anybody able to give me the necessary numbers please, it's a rear Shimano LX660.

Any help is much appreciated.

Left flange diameter    45.0 mm
Right flange diameter    45.0 mm
Centre to right flange    20.5 mm
Centre to left flange    35.5 mm
Spoke hole diameter    2.5 mm
