I was deliberately run off the road yesterday by a van overtaking another, resulting in me diving off into the verge as I see the van travelling towards me at 50mph + on the wrong side of the road. Happens a lot around here, didn't get the number but I know the company and have contacted them.
I was wondering, is there some kind of standard template letter for reporting this kind of thing? I can describe the incident, but I'm struggling to put into words the "I hope you will be taking action/improving the training of your drivers etc" bit with enough impact. Any ideas?
