Old hat. My old cycle patrol buddy Jenks and I were doing this years ago in High Wycombe as training- start at the entrance, all the way to the roof and down the spiral of Dovecot multi storey, in full patrol kit and loaded for bear patrol bikes- car park criterium we called it :smug:

Shoulda developed it further ::-)

A couple of my colleagues took part in that. Sounds like huge amounts of fun. From the sound of it, Millar might have done better but he handicapped himself by riding a road bike.
