I was watching the North West regional BBC magazine show. One article was about a running race along the Pennine Way, 8 days max. Not a bad insight into a parallel universe in itself. The enforced stop due to bad weather at the Alston Outdoor Centre will be familiar to many. From 10.51 in this film.
