Did no-one tell you your frame number 13 should have been mounted upside down?!

edit: Unless I decide that riding 1,400 km on a fixed gear bike appeals which is very very unlikely at this stage.

That sounds like "yes" to me  ;D
Lockdown lethargy. RRTY: wot's that? Can't remember if I'm on #8 or #9 ...

I know the tradition, sometimes I enjoy breaking them ;).

For me there's no such thing as LEL bike evolution. I'll start LEL 2017 on the same bike as I used for LEL 1997, 2001, 2005 and 2009, the same bike transporting my camera and myself during the past LEL.

It's a 1997 Bioracer Stage made from Columbus Brain tubing. The current setup is a 10-Speed Campa drivetrain with bar end shifters, SON lighting, Brooks B17 saddle and full mudguards.

Impressive! Have you had the same brooks for all the LEL rides? how many miles does it have?!  :o

The saddle. like most of the parts, was changed somewhere during these 20 years. In fact only the headset remained the same, and the frame of course. The frame has done over 100.000km by now. 3 mayor overhauls during these 10 years, the most recent one last year (switch from 9-speed to 10-speed).
