"Georgia Man" changes rules on new driving licenses:

In USAnia, driver's licenses are sort of like the 2nd amendment "right" to have fire arms.

I live at the diagonally opposite corner of the nation.  I will drive with care when I see a car with a Georgia license plate.

The state of Georgia seems to have started trend:

That's two states that I'm no longer interested in visiting, and two license plates for me to be extra careful of  while using the roads.

Former co-worker had this story from his driver's test:
They got to the parallel parking portion.  He asked the driving inspector "how many points is this worth, how many points do I have now, and how many do I need to pass?".
After getting the answer, he did the calculation and said "let's just skip that part.  Put down a zero. There is nowhere here in town that I would want to go to where I would have to parallel park".
Inspector let him get away with it.

So it's one of those rare occasions where you can get in trouble for not being out of your gourd? ;D
