And very good it was too. Fish and chips. £5. Complimentary tomato and tartare sauce sachets. Slice of lemon. Lovely and hot when I got it home.

I am just letting my eyes recover after moderating and administrating another forum. I went through the whole backlog of blog entries and comments removing spam and banning spammers. I went back through 4 years of entries and hundreds of comments, now my eyes hurt and I feel a bit sick.

Sitting polishing lovingly my cranks and chain rings. I have just removed the bottom bracket from my bike and cleaned up all the threads ready to stick the new one in. Wish me luck, I've never done this before
