Mike...you were astronomically more polite than I would have been.
I would have suggested that she buggered off to get pregnant;but not in so many words.Two to be precise.
I'd also make it known to her current employer that she has asked if you will employ her so that she can leave them.

Wondering if 10:45 is too early to taste the newly acquired Barcelino, a Catalan red, Lidl's @ £4.50.

Turning the living room into a bedroom, the bedroom into a living room and generally preparing the house for my sister to come home from the hospice tomorrow. I'm going to be fit for nothing by then but they will only fund day care so let's hope she sleeps at night! Oh! And I need to learn how to use the hoist as she walked out of the house but now is non weight bearing.

Thank you Linda. I'm sure all will go well. I have moved 300 miles to sleep on the floor on a lilo to support her and my nieces through this. And be here with my eldest niece until she goes off to Uni in 2014 and we all decamp 300 miles back to my home!

Waiting for someone to setup a new LUN on the storage array so I can deploy some firewall appliances. So far the change request has been rejected twice due to some small detail being incorrect. So that's 4hours down the pan today and counting ...

Basking in the love of the seven of my colleagues who were able to help themselves to an ice lolly from the box of 8 I just went and got, and basking in the disappointment of the remaining dozens who weren't quick enough. Sadly Lidl only had one box of fruit pastille lollies left so bringing more wasn't an option.
