Just sitting down with a large Cognac after 4 jazz gigs today. I'm feeling too tired to go to the after festival party at a local hotel so have come home to listen to some of the music I bought.

2 gigs were in the Capstone theatre, which has comfy seats. 2 were in the Cornerstone theatre which has hard plastic monstrosities! Worse than a new Brooks....

Having awoken very early, I'm taking it very slow getting up, since last week, when I went into work this early, I had a very very minor off, which nevertheless resulted in my taking two days off work, because I was in so much pain from the bruising! I've got no strong incentive to cycle amongst the brainless commuters again.
