At work now, but have spent a lot of the day dealing with a poorly son. He is in hospital now but so far the tests have shown nothing too serious. I will go back up there in the morning...

Hunting for a replacement PC, since the heat problem I had with my old one last week seems to have killed something.  I've replaced a dead fan, but it's still randomly turning itself off with "Thermal Events". >:(

Insight seem to think that the best time to do upgrade work on their website is Monday mornings, because no one would want to buy anything then, would they. :-\

Reviewing some of the rather scary safety issues with mixing Schuko plugs & sockets with UK and IEC connectors.  Sparky electrocution loveliness (not).
