Cooking veggie hot dog sausages and animating bits of bike whilst catching up on here.  Way to multi-task.

Having a break from topping & tailing  a carrier bag full of french beans, from the allotment, before freezing them. Cooking beetroot at the same time.
If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it is...

Swearing at Moviemaker and wishing I'd borrowed the Mini DV cam and a firewire cable.

Waiting for more Mille Cymru riders to arrive.
I'm supposed to be sleeping 'cos I'm on the 2 am shift .  Oh well.
Admission.  I'm actually not that fussed about cake.

Attempting to mate a lanyard with my new cheapo camera.  This is proving to be surprisingly difficult.

Eating toast with honey from 2 villages south of here, blackberry and apple jelly and plum jam from 1 village westward, and blackberry jam from 3 villages west, all bought on my commute. Need to stop and check out the honey in a couple of other villages too, as well as the other jams, and pickles and chuntneys if I am wearing my brave trousers. My commute is lovely at this time of year.

Listening to a very loud, annoyed, and insistent cat, who is demanding to be let out.

I "trapped" Talisker with the promise of his breakfast, which he's only half eaten now, and he's really not impressed that I won't let him go for a wander.  He's going to be even less impressed in half an hour when I get the cat basket out!
Actually, it is rocket science.

Just had 1st breakfast, (blueberries & yoghurt) , wondering how to get superglue off my fingers! I bought a 4AA battery holder from Maplin for the Hope and had to glue a rubber washer to the back to make it a tight fit.

Got to put some trousers on & get the bike out for a final fettling!

Farting. A lot.

You have no idea how much wind a potato, leek and cheese pie generates.
It is simpler than it looks.

Waiting for my bread to rise.   A phone call will be made very shortly, to ask for yet more flour and more yeast and a soft fluffy bed in which to lie down and float off to sleep.

I've just had a telephone conversation with my grand-daughter. She didn't say a lot but snuffled a bit. I spoke to my daughter too.

Now I'm feeling guilty over putting Talisker into the cattery, but since I'll be gone for a couple of nights, it's not healthy for him to miss several doses of his medicine, so I have to do it. :(

He of course probably doesn't care, and had curled up to sleep off being carted around on a bike trailer.  At least it amuses the staff at the cattery, Talisker is apparently the only cat ever delivered by bicycle.
Actually, it is rocket science.

Well no doubt he has a reputation amongst his colleagues as the dead-cool rocket-science cycling cat.

I'm sure someone can make a poster soon.

He'll hold court, regaling the other moggies with tales of your adventures and basking in the reflected glory.

Then, 30 seconds before you arrive, he'll roll in the dust so that he looks pathetic and bedraggled, and sit by the door staring out with a guilt-inducing expression that perfectly combines pathos, indignation and accusation.  And then you'll buy him prawns to say sorry and his cunning plan will have succeeded - mwaahaaahaaahaaaa haaaa!

Sitting in a hall (with Basil), poking people with a sharp stick every 15 mins. :-)
I'd offer you some moral support - but I have questionable morals.

Admired Hummer's crack; sitting in West End cafe, waiting for him to turn up & astound the natives :-)
