Check the label. A lot of paint products are stuffed once they've been exposed to frost.

Making chocolate butter icing to spread between the layers of a chocolate sponge cake. To make it more spreadable I've blended it with The King's Ginger Liqueur I bought earlier in the year.

And now I'm listening for the hoardes of stampeding yacfers heading my way...

Celebrating the safe return to ~~civilisation~~ Middle Earth of barakta.

Astoundingly she caught the last train out of Edinburgh to Mordor Central on a Sunday evening, which went through the well-known railway blackspots of Wigan and Crewe *and* narrowly avoided some overrunning engineering works at dePreston, in the middle of a snowpocalypse, and yet arrived at its destination intact and no more than a couple of minutes late.

Even more astoundingly, the buses were still running when she got there.

Sitting in Emergency. Waiting for an xray of my shoulder so they can work out what's gone awry. Last time I was here was 2 years ago with VeloYellow after he came off his bike. I'm just as impressed with the great staff tonight. Possibly even more so as mine is far less obviously an emergency - no blood or obvious breaks!

Just finished using Fairy Power Spray to remove a rather poor coat of paint on my Aston Martin DB5 airfix kit.

This time I'll try several thinned coats of gloss black rather thick ones.
