Sitting in the sun room, looking out over a lovely expanse of sea loch, the sun is shining and the BT engineer is digging up loads of peat trying to fine a break in our cable. Hopefully he will find it and fix it and we will have broadband!

Baking bread, and contemplating making a second sort of bread.  Then I shall probably make a St Clements cake and perhaps some flapjack (plain? chocolate? raisin? oh the dilemma) then make some soup and pop out to the shop for some bits and bobs to go with jacket spuds.

I've already fettled small children into a state to face the world and sent them all on their way to places.  And loaded the dishwasher this morning and set it going and am onto the second load of laundry.

I appear to be a housewife.  How odd.

I'm also listening to music really quite loud, and singing.

It's a good game that Red Dead Redemption (not played it online on my PS3 though).
Currently taking a break from that and playing Batman: Arkham Asylum (The joker is certainly well voice acted, Batman is rather flat though.  And Harley Quinn.... Gosh...   Good 3d modelling, the right things jiggle about, and good voice acting and motion capture!  )

At the moment though, I'm sticking down wee strips of tesco value wrapping foil to chrome some parts on my merc benz 540K 1:24 scale model I'm fettling together!

Bathing small children.  Well, footling on the interwebs and listening to the pair of them hopefully not drowning each other from the other end of the house.  But today I have been mostly cooking:  soup and bread and jacket spuds for lunch with the boab clan, and St Clements cake, and tacos with spicy beef (mushroom veggie option) for tea tonight and cottage pie for their tea tomorrow.  I do like cooking
