Riding my first Autumn 300km
« on: November 01, 2018, 08:30:30 am »
In a little over three weeks I'll be taking part in my first Autumn 300km, in fact it'll also be my first evening start, at 10pm in fact.

So for anyone possibly thinking about doing similar I've put together a video showing what I plan to pack for the weekend of riding this November.

My last 300km was in May when it was lovely and warm in bib shorts and short sleeve jersey, however a 300km in November as it turns out; is something else and I need to pack some warm clothes.  ;D

I think you'll find almost everyone else on this event will be on their First Evening Start Winter 300k !

(although this being Britain, plenty of "Spring" 300s have been ridden in conditions worse than this event may get.)
Has never ridden RAAM
