The Huret Eco gear was mid-late 80's (the long cage version replaced the Duopar Eco, the short cage version was also used on the Sachs 3x2 system). The mech most used in the 70's on that sort of bike was IIRC the Svelto.
It's very pretty but a curious mix of bits with steel cottered cranks but chromed guards and that very pretty rear brake arrangement. I think Aquilon were a label for budget bikes, like Stablinski (and even Poulidor) was but I must admit to knowing nothing about them. They come up in jumble sales, junk shops and "depot-vente" outlets.
