I bought a refurbed Wahoo Element Bolt from their website a month ago. It worked great in that time but started bugging out last Sunday.

I got in touch via their online form asking to send the unit back and to pay the difference for a brand new one instead.

They're giving me a brand new unit free of charge and posted it to me as soon as they got a notification from UPS that I'd dispatched my refurbed unit using their prepaid label.

Compare that to Garmin when I had dramas with their product - they told me since the 810 was discontinued the 'best they could do' was give me a 20% discount off a new Garmin (LOL). With luck I'll have the new unit in time for the kent 100 on Sunday.

Agree. They are a delight to deal with. Garmin were dreadful.
