Linking to this short film about Pi Manson's Clandestine Cycles simply because I vaguely know him – he used to live diagonally opposite me and his current workshop is just at the bottom of the hill. I think his bikes are rather good too! The write-up uses the word "gentle" twice and that's a good one-word description of him.
