Yes, but also have the same ad blocker running on this laptop and it's fine.

My daughter whose Google fu is better than mine reports that it's common, NYT didn't test on FF

Wasn't ad blocker, it was saying that there were no ads to block.

Removed cookies for NYT and it now works and my wife's stats are still there.

I really like getting a strikeout in the first line. I feel I've achieved something if I've used a word where none of the letters matched. I also like the hard version and "following the clues". I love finding complex words that are not the right answer too. Of course, getting it in row 5 or 6 is ideal. Anything earlier than that feels like I've been lucky - 'cause I'm not that clever
