That's a great igloo.  Did you make the bricks using the plastic boxes?

Excellent Mike!

Having done something similar a few years ago, I'm curious as to how long it took you.

Nice one, regardless of that!

Given the right conditions - the remains of your 'gloo will still be there, weeks after the snow has become little more than a distant memory.

Oh, and there were 3 other people who put a lot of work in, something like 2-4 hours each.

I think it's embarrassing that someone from bloody Zimbabwe, man can make an igloo better than we can!  They don't even have snow there, do they?

Ha ha ha ha ha  :D :D

That sounds about right!

It took two of us about 2.5 / 3  hours to do the same -  but we had the definite advantage of an empty car park covered with 10cm of virgin snow - which lent itself extremely well to being 'ploughed up' into building blocks.

If I'm able to source some pics, I'll post them.

Well done that man (Edit - and others) - that's quite an effort

That is bloody brilliant!

Did you have to steal snow from half the neighbourhood?
It is simpler than it looks.

Nah, there's so much snow here we didn't even use 1/10th of the available snow in the carpark.

Well it's still up this morning, although the tunnel is sagging slightly.  Chuffed!  miniMikey and I went to have a sit in it already.
