Higher turnout would tend to favour Ken, as the suburban middle class (which, for sake of argument, we'll characterise as Boris' core vote) tend to vote anyway.

As for gerrymandering, anybody remember 1992, when corpses voted Tory?

I think Norman Tebbit is actually alive.  I can see how you'd make the mistake though.
