There's an outboard motor pump for sale on the forum if anyone wants to emulate Tomsk:

Does it come with a bullet proof vest?

Hi everyone,

Owing to public demand, we're having a mini beer festival on the lead up to Christmas. Nothing as big as last year, but there will be Carol singing, a couple of bands and 12 Ales Of Christmas including our very own beer "BOBSLEIGH" brewed specially for the occasion.

Wednesday 21st 8.30pm Carol Singing

Thursday 22nd 8.30pm The Redwood Band

Friday 23rd 8.30pm The Gentlemen Of IO

There will be some seasonal food as well as some mulled wine & cider to warm your cockles...

Let's hope there's less snow this year!

Thanks for your support as always and please spread the word,

Joss

I will be there on the 21st, but possibly joining later than usual (I have to be in London on the afternoon) and not actually partaking as usual, since I'm volunteered as a taxi driver later that night.  :'(

There's a possibility I may be able to go on Thursday 22nd for an afternoon visit though.

(EDITed since the late start actually applies to Wed 14th not Wed 21st)

Anyone up for a breezy ride this Wednesday (not be be confused with The Compasses festival next week)?
First suggestion as we haven't been there for a little while even though it's been mentioned in conversation is The Three Elms at Chignal St. James, of course open to other suggestions!
