I'd love to, but Monty's been hanging from the straps in the garage for months waiting for a good fettle, and with the baby and all, I'm unlikely to be RT-ing until Spring.

No problem.   I need to fettle a little myself.   At present Marilyn is becoming a film star in Dorset, and Margaret Hilda has no pedals.   I hasten to add that Marilyn has not stolen Margaret Hilda's pedals, merely that we use the pedals from our touring bikes on Margaret Hilda when we use her.   Currently they are still on the tourers from a recent jaunt.
