Hubjub, whilst catering mostly to the NJS/Hipster market, is simply one of the best innernet shops in the world, if you ask me. Prices are just slightly more expensive than importing it yourself, but Will simply provides the best customer service in the world.
Just mailed him at 9:30pm, had a (positive) reply by 9:45pm. Small personal notes, freebie stickers, etc is just extras on top.

Seconded

Will is a very nice chap, and will go the extra mile.  He got me a bizarre 26 T sprocket :)

Within reason (and I'm thinking Phil Brompton hubs might be a little harder) Will can get you pretty much anything fixed/singlespeed that's on the market.  I should imagine that a large portion of his sales are of stuff that's not on the site.

He's a really nice bloke and as people have already said, offers just about the best service going.

Hugely and highly recommended  :)

There's always a cheery note handwritten on my delivery notes - even referring to stuff I bought previously. An Excellent from the Norfolk judge .

The only thing Will ever failed me on was a really obscure Nitto stem adapter, which I ended up buying from the US.  Everything else not listed he managed to find in about a week (ENO hub with 36h drilling, tiny EAI 14T sprocket, short Sugino cranks).

Hubjub justifies its existence solely by selling single chainring bolts - amazingly hard to find elsewhere.

And Darkness and Decay and the Coronavirus held illimitable dominion over all.

I bought assorted Stuffs from Hubjub when putting Depravo together.  A while later I got an umprompted e-mail asking how Depravo was getting on

Just ordered some handlebars for the Kaff from Will. Got a large proportion of the Peacemaker bits from Hubjub (including the frame itself). Always very impressed.

I managed to lose a front track nut on the way home today. Email Will around 9pm to see if he got some in stock, get a reply 10 mins later, enabling a custom order for 1 nut (normally sold in pairs).
Simply can't get better service.

This guy is a sweetie isn't he. On the advice of Brixton Cycles, I ordered a Nitto stem from him on Saturday, and sent an email asking for it to be sent to work (big problems with my home post at the moment).

On Monday I got a nice email saying that officially he wasn't supposed to send it outside the billing address because the bank didn't like it, but unofficially it was fine. The Nitto stem arrived today (with handwritten note), so fingers crossed it has the desired effect.

Last time I ordered at Hubjub, it took 2 weeks for the parcel to arrive.
I thought something had gone wrong, because normally it only take 3-4 days.

Royal mail had shipped my order  to Canada instead of Denmark.  ::-)

Very friendly and helpful email service.

Oh he is wonderful, when I was building up Freyja he was a huge help in finding things, on several occasions he even passed me onto another site becuase they had them cheaper than what he could but I still gave him my business. Great site, superb customer service.

I used these guys for the first time for a couple of small items.  I got the order sent to the house opposed to work because it would fit through the letterbox.  A couple of days after ordering the stuff I got a note from Royal Mail telling me that the package had to be signed for - grrr. If I'd had known that then I would have got the order posted to work because it takes ages to pick anything up from our sorting office.  Anyway, I got what I'd ordered and little hand written note and it seems like quality stuff.  Happy happy.

It's hard to do justice to just how brilliant HubJub is.

I've previously had excellent service and have just been emailing Will to get advice on parts. It's not just the immediate response and attention to detail but that he just seems so interested.

Specialist providers, especially niche experts or even the average bike shop, are so often patronising to anyone whose requests don't rise above the mundane.

Will seems to care as much about a lockring tool as about the most obscure Japanese componentry.

Another big  for hubjub.  Will just sent me replacement track nuts (the old ones are rusty, and he doesn't stock fancy 3/8" ones, so sourced a cheap set for me) for a three year old hub, free of charge.

Doubly so since they've just moved premises.

I've only used them once and they sent me a 1/8" sprocket instead of the 3/32" one I'd ordered. I checked the order carefully and it wasn't my mistake. Meh. I'll be dealing with them again though - good prices, good range of stock, quick delivery. But cos of the cock-up, which was a bit inconvenient at the time, I've only rated them "Good" instead of "Excellent".
